Conclusión 
We found it very important to know the classification of conflicts, since with the examples we put through the padlet application there is a better feedback and difference of each one. The one that most caught our attention was the structural and value conflict because they talk about what is happening in society and how it affects us in some way

We also found it difficult to use the application and that is why we recommend it so that more creative works can be carried out jointly.

A conflict is a strong discussion between two or more people that has no solution and a problem are circumstances that make it difficult to reach a solution but if it has a solution through an intermediary

The most common conflicts in a company are being able to work in teams with other colleagues in other areas.

3.What is it relevant to be skill full at negotiation?

because it allows you to be smarter in decisions about your company and you can earn or get what you want. persuading the other person

Reflection.
It is very important to take into account the differences in conflict and problem, because they are situations that we face daily and we must know how to handle them with good emotional intelligence. It was an easy activity to do, and every day we learn something new about how to improve in critical situations.
