1.Conflict and Problem.













It is a problem because it is caused by the same companions of the company "Bayon", by gossip. and that creates a difference of ideas and positions between Alan and Laura's friends.


2. typology of the conflict

It is a relationship conflict: because there are difficulties in the relationship between two or more people due to the appearance of unexpected or inappropriate behaviors, stereotypes and prejudices. And in this case Laura is annoyed about her marriage and gets mad at Alan just for being a man.

3.Conflict theories

It belongs to a Marxist theory because it is characterized by studying the soial structure from social classes, changing the political, social and economic thought.

4.Conflict process

I think it is in stage 1 and 2, because in stage two there is a slightly violent reaction in terms of what Laura says about Alan. and then in stage 1. Because Alan perceives the conflict and communicates it to his work supervisor
